Services:
Program Management: includes approvals for Planning, Zoning, Permitting, and Financial Planning, Pre-bond Marketing, Master Planning and developing, with responsible and sustainable choices made in project development.
Construction
Management: establishes team relationship among owner,
architect and builder at conceptual development stage. The team
works together through project completion. Emphasizes experience,
quality, reliability, and on-time work.
Design/Build:
Assign the total design and construction responsibilities to one
source, capable and experienced in balancing good design with efficient
and economical construction.
Professional
Engineering (all disciplines): to include civil, mechanical,
structural, and electrical engineering.
Value
Engineering: Analysis of building materials and methods
to determine most cost effective approach.
Cost
Estimating: Computer based cost information including
Timberline Estimating/Accounting and Bid Fax 2004 Database, allowing
for optimum subcontractor selection.
Project
Management: The project manager will facilitate preconstruction
meetings with owner and architect to address areas including: plans,
budget, value engineering, subcontractor selection, estimating,
and preparation of bid package. During construction the PM will
prepare schedules and sequences, monitor performance of schedules
and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, purchase materials, review
shop drawings, submit monthly requisitions, and attend project meetings.

Field
Engineering: Field engineers are on site to maintain
quality of work and to do surveying.
Site
Supervision: The project superintendent manages all field
forces and subcontractors on a daily basis to maintain the schedule
and quality of work. S/he coordinates delivery and storage of materials,
communication with owner, daily log of all work activities, working
personnel, materials, deliveries, schedule status, and inspections.
The project superintendent is also responsible for safety management.
Safety
Management: A safety officer is on site at all times.
Depending on the project's size, the job superintendent may serve
as the safety officer.
Guarantee
Management: Baybutt maintains warranties for owner, as
each warranty specifies. A warranty manual is compiled for owner.
Student
Cooperative Program: Structured work study program allowing
students to participate in various aspects of school construction.
This program has saved school districts thousands of dollars.
Pre-Engineered
Metal Buildings: experience and affiliation with numerous
metal building manufacturers (i.e. Inland, Package, Steelox, et
al).
