Thayer High School Addition/Renovation - Winchester, NH
This project involves 47,510 sf of renovations and an 8500 sf addition. A comprehensive renovation of existing building will include 20 classrooms, ADA upgrades to meet compliance throughout the facility including a new elevator, and all new mechanical/electrical. Additional space will include new construction of a core area to include administration, kitchen/cafeteria, library/media center, nurse's office, and increased secure entrance.
