New construction of a 21,964 sf two-story, slab-on-grade structural steel framed building to house Police Department; administrative offices for the Fire Department; a central police, fire and medical dispatch center; and an emergency operations center. The project also includes a 3,600 sf one-story, slab-on-grade outbuilding with a carport.

Sitework consist of building demolition and disposal of former police station, grading, site improvements, site drainage, landscaping, paving, septic system and leach field.
