Baybutt
continues to be a leader in the field of school construction management.
Our work has been in both the public and private sectors, and has
spanned from elementary through graduate level institutions. As
a construction manager, Baybutt returns to school districts a percentage
of any net total savings below the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
Baybutt also offers to provide school to work experiences/work-study
programs to students within the school districts of their projects.
This has provided valuable hands-on experience to students and has
saved school districts thousands of dollars.

"I assumed the role of owner
representative for the Career Center work and had daily interaction
with the Baybutt employees for three years. We had 88,000 square
feet of building to renovate, twelve career and technical programs
to keep operating and the responsibility for the safety of 800 students
